I ordered from trendiesty.com and the whole checkout process was easy. The pages loaded quickly, the steps were simple to follow, and my payment went through without any weird issues. I also got my confirmation email right away, which was nice. The only thing I’d change is showing the shipping cost a little earlier, but overall it was a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I tried to cancel and felt kind of embarrassed having to keep explaining myself. They made the whole process way harder than it should’ve been, and I just wanted to be done with it

The size guide was somewhat useful, but the top still ended up fitting tighter than I expected. It’s not terrible and I can still wear it, but I do wonder if they keep the measurements a little optimistic so people feel confident ordering their usual size. Overall, it’s fine, just not the perfect fit I was hoping for.

The outfit looked nothing like the pictures. The style was way off, and I’m kind of tired of having to deal with stuff like this when shopping online. I just expected it to look at least somewhat close to what was shown...

I feel kind of stupid for trusting the photos because the item looked so much nicer online. What showed up was a different color and just looked cheap in person. It doesn’t feel like the pictures were accurate at all.

Not gonna lie, the sizing was frustrating. I ordered the same size twice, but one ended up being way too tight and the other fit huge. Just really annoying when you don’t know what to expect.

The box showed up crushed, and the item inside had scratches on it. I’m not sure what happened along the way, but it definitely looks like it wasn’t handled with much care.

I ordered my usual size from trendiesty.com, i don’t know what happened because it fit nothing like the size chart said it would. I even checked the measurements before buying, which is the part that makes it so frustrating. The top was way too tight, but then the pants were oddly loose around the waist, so it wasn’t even just one thing being off. It just felt inconsistent and annoying, especially when you’re trying to avoid returns. I definitely wouldn’t trust their sizing again

I really wanted to like this, but the fabric felt rough on my skin and the fit started getting annoying after just a few hours. I can’t see myself wearing it much. I also tried reaching out with a question and kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole experience more frustrating...

Customer service was no help at all. I reached out expecting at least some kind of answer, but it felt like my messages just disappeared into a black hole. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost seemed like they’re trained to ignore people until they give up. Super frustrating experience.

I ordered from Trendiesty, something about the item just didn’t feel quite right when it arrived. The packaging, tags, and overall quality seemed a bit off compared to the genuine version I’ve seen before.
I reached out to customer support hoping they could clear it up, but I didn’t really get a straight answer about whether it was authentic. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the response didn’t make me feel much better.

At this point, I’m kind of just accepting that it might not have been what I expected. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again unless they can clearly prove their items are genuine.
